Port Guide & Distances (the “App”) is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. It is intended to support general understanding of port geography, indicative distances and routing concepts, and is not designed or certified for operational navigation or safety-critical use.

Not for Navigation or Safety-Critical Decisions
All distances, schematic routes, ETAs and port-related information in the App are approximate, simplified and unofficial.
You must not rely on the App for:

• primary or backup navigation;
• voyage planning required for the safety of life, vessel, cargo or environment;
• compliance with statutory, flag-state, port state, company or charterer requirements;
• any decisions that may affect safety of navigation, people, property or the marine environment.

For any voyage or manoeuvre, you must always consult and follow:

• up-to-date official nautical charts and publications;
• Notices to Mariners (NtM) and navigation warnings;
• VTS, pilots, Harbour Master and port authority instructions;
• company policies, SMS and onboard professional judgement;
• official onboard systems, including ECDIS and other certified navigation equipment.

Sources, Approximations and No Guarantee of Accuracy
The App uses a routing database and port-related information compiled from a combination of:

• public sources;
• licensed data;
• proprietary materials;
• professional maritime notes and experience;
• our own models and algorithms.

These data and calculations are subject to numerous limitations, including but not limited to:

• incomplete, outdated or inaccurate source data;
• simplifications and assumptions in algorithms and modelling;
• lack of real-time information (weather, traffic, restrictions, closures, etc.);
• chart corrections, dredging, construction and regulatory changes not yet reflected in the App.

We do not warrant that any information in the App is accurate, complete, current, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from errors. All outputs are indicative only and must be independently verified against official and up-to-date sources.

No Professional or Operational Advice
Nothing in the App constitutes:

• navigation, pilotage or hydrographic advice;
• legal, safety, operational, commercial or financial advice;
• any form of professional recommendation or instruction.

You remain solely responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and using official tools and publications required by law, industry standards and your company procedures.

Third-Party Services and Stores
The App is distributed via Google Play and Apple App Store and may interact with services operated by third parties. We do not control, endorse or guarantee any third-party content, data, terms or policies. Your use of such services is entirely at your own risk and subject to the applicable third-party terms.

User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• you remain fully and solely responsible for navigation, voyage planning, safety and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
• you use all information, estimates and routes from the App at your own risk;
• you will always cross-check information from the App against official charts, publications and competent authorities before making any operational decisions.

No Limitation of Mandatory Rights — Reference to Terms of Use
This Disclaimer forms part of the overall contractual framework for your use of the App and must be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes:

• any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law;
• any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

In case of discrepancy, the Terms of Use and applicable mandatory law prevail.

Changes to this Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time, for example when we update features, data sources or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the Effective date above and may provide additional notice in the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Disclaimer.
