Refund Policy Marine Survey

Thank you for using Marine Survey, a subscription-based mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
 

1. General Terms

All purchases, including subscriptions to Marine Survey, are processed directly through the platforms where the app is distributed — Google Play and the Apple App Store. We, as the developers and publishers of Marine Survey, do not process any payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds independently.
 

2. Refunds Through Google Play and Apple App Store

Each platform has its own refund policy:

  • Google Play Store:
    Refund requests are handled by Google and are subject to Google Play’s refund policy. In general, Google may issue a refund if the request is made within 48 hours of purchase. In certain cases, they may allow requests for a longer period depending on the situation.
  • Apple App Store:
    Refunds are managed by Apple and governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. Users may request a refund directly through Apple’s Report a Problem page within a reasonable timeframe after the purchase.

3. No Direct Refunds from the Developer

As a developer, we do not have access to your payment details and are not authorized to initiate or process refunds for any purchases made through Google or Apple platforms.
All refund requests must be submitted to the respective app store from which the purchase was made.
 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

You may not be eligible for a refund if:

  • You did not cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • You did not use the application or forgot to cancel the subscription.
  • You are requesting a refund after a significant amount of time since the purchase.
