1. General Terms

All payments for Bridge Calculators are processed exclusively through Google Play and Apple App Store. As the developers and publishers, we do not process payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves.

2. Refunds via Google Play and Apple App Store

Refunds are managed by the respective app store where the purchase was made:

• Google Play Store:
  Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase via Google’s refund system. In some cases, users may receive an automatic refund if the request is made promptly and the app has not been used significantly.
• Apple App Store:
  Apple handles all refund requests under their Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refunds can be requested through reportaproblem.apple.com, typically within a short time of the purchase.

3. No Direct Refunds from the Developer

We do not have access to payment records or transaction details. Therefore, we are not able to provide any direct refunds under any circumstances.
All refund requests must be submitted directly through the store where the app was purchased.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

You may not be eligible for a refund if:

• You purchased the app by mistake but used it.
• A long time has passed since the purchase.
• The request falls outside the store’s refund policy.
