Refund Policy KeepIt

Thank you for using KeepIt, a subscription-based mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
 

1. General Terms
 

All purchases and subscription payments for KeepIt are handled exclusively through Google Play and Apple App Store. As developers and publishers, we do not process any payments directly and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves.
 

2. Refunds via Google Play and Apple App Store
 

Both platforms offer their own refund policies and procedures:

  • Google Play Store:
    Refunds are processed by Google in accordance with Google Play’s refund policy. You may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within 48 hours of the purchase. In some cases, Google may grant refunds beyond this period.
  • Apple App Store:
    Apple handles refund requests as per the Media Services Terms and Conditions. You can request a refund through the Report a Problem page, typically within a short time after purchase.
     

3. No Direct Refunds from the Developer
 

We do not have access to user billing or payment information and are not authorized to provide refunds.
All refund requests must be submitted to the app store through which the transaction was made.
 

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
 

You may not be eligible for a refund if:

  • You forgot to cancel the subscription before its renewal.
  • You did not actively use the app after subscribing.
  • Your refund request was submitted significantly after the original purchase date.

5. Support and Assistance

While we cannot process refunds directly, we are happy to help with technical support or guide you on how to request a refund through the appropriate platform.
